Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver products in excellent condition and at the earliest possible time.
Shipping Charges – Shipping charges are applicable only if the order value is below the minimum amount mentioned at checkout.
Order Dispatch & Delivery – Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the order date. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances.
Courier Partners – Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, FedEx, and others.
Short Delivery / Product Not Received –
If you do not receive your complete order or receive fewer items than ordered, please notify us within 24 hours along with images of the received package and invoice.
We will inspect the issue within 10 business days and either refund the amount or ship the missing product(s).
Please avoid accepting delivery of open or partially opened packages.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, lost in transit, or undelivered to your location, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges. However, if you cancel part of your order or return a delivered order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns & Replacement Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we are here to help if you need to make a return or replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email details with images or video to info@kidoz.co.in
- If approved, we will provide a replacement within 5–7 business days or issue a refund after verification.
- For incorrect products, you may be required to return the product. Shipping costs will be refunded.
Return Acceptance
- We accept returns only within 1 day of delivery.
Refund Processing
- If approved, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7–10 business days.
Return Process
- Notify us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide the following to info@kidoz.co.in
- Photographs of the wrong/damaged product(s)
- Copy of the invoice
- Image of the outer package with shipping label
- Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
- Upon approval, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your address.
- Returned items will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
- After verification, we will process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days and notify you via email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock or discontinued
- Errors in pricing, product, or promotion information
- Inaccurate/insufficient address
- Non-serviceable delivery location
- Additional verification required
In such cases, we will notify you within 48–72 hours of receiving your order. If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded promptly.
Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
