Thank you for shopping with Kidoz! We take great pride in providing high-quality western outfits for girls and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy is here to help.

1.Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging intact

    • In the same condition as received

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Accessories (if any)

  • Custom-made or altered items

3.Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at kidozind.indore@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once approved, ship the item to the following address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at kidozind.indore@gmail.com

  • Attach images of the product and packaging

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
